| The activities are based upon certain principles as evident in life & teachings of Sri Ramakrishna & Swami Vivekananda E.g all religions are different path leading to same god, serving poor seeing God in him and by helping others we actually help ourselves. |

| Beginning |
| A small and humble but informal beginning was made on birth anniversary of Sri Sardadevi, 22nd December 1997, by providing free meals at "Sadhana kutir hospital" at Kim. With goodwill and help of many people, activity gradually expanded and resulted in formal beginning of Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Seva Kendra on 16th February 2000. The Seva Kendra is also registered with office of charity commissioner at Surat. |
